Excellent article. For regular folks like me, trying to keep up with the craziness, this kind of knowledge is priceless. Max and Cloudy as added bonus content is nice LOL

Very interesting and informative. I don’t want to sound too cynical but having read about explicit bias at the NY field office and that is perhaps why James Comey reopened or stated the investigation into Hillary Clinton 11 days before the election remained open may have been to prevent leaks from the NY office and frame a more proactive narrative. I can’t help but wonder if a similar trace of bias remains at WFO though D’arturo is now gone and this gives me the sense that a major action requiring similar or greater actions than Mar’a Lago may once again be headed through the WFO and these selective deliberate DOJ leaks are an effort to prevent WFO pushback or their own selective leaks to the contrary of one big happy DOJ/FBI.

The reluctance to execute a search warrant compelling Trump to finally stop retaining classified documents fits in with an extensive history of Trump's warfare against the rule of law. It's no wonder

otherwise determined FBI officials might hesitate, quite apart from the "ex-president" factor.
